How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Thanks for shopping at My Site Lazy Romantic. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee.
At Lazy Romantic, we truly stand behind the quality of our products & we guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. If you need to return for any of the reasons just stated unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
